You will not believe this I have someone else wanting to put an offer on the big house I am trying real real hard not to get excited Haven't seen it yet soooo I am just praying it happens and it won't have abunch of BS attached. Okay now I will go back to bouncing of the walls I hate this game of waiting by the way

Again Thanks to everyone. Interview went well, Passed the initial group up to the next level. They said I would hear again about a committee interview around the 15th of July which is when we will get there. Yeah!!!
Flew to Sarasota yesterday (not home,as home is now Fountain City) and local friends where both happy and sad.
I have some weather questions,please. Do you have to buy snow tires if you have 4 wheel drive? Sounds silly, but I do not know. How often does it snow in the winter? Is it really 36 degrees for days on end?
We just love,love love it there. The weather was similar to our winters all week. Got off the plane and was so HOT with 100% humidity I wanted to go back right then.
We found Amber's for a wonderful breakfast!

No need for snow tires!! If it does snow, it will usually melt by the afternoon. And if for some reason it actually snowed enough to accumulate, the roads will be cleared!! When we moved here, we actually got rid of the 4wheel drive vehicle that we had when living on the coast , because we no longer need it. We needed it on the coast for driving on the beach - but no need for it here!!
