Heck, we can have a big celebration because I am just down the street from painter's coveted house.

What is RVC? Did I miss something?

Sorry to hear that, painter.

Default I'm all for that

I'm all for a big party at Painters, heck, I'm all for a party any where, just say the day and I will be there, and I agree, something a little stronger like a Pina Colada would be great for me

Hik-RVC= Red Velvet Cake
I'm easy, coffee for me is fine.
Has anyone seen TGIF big bottle of mudslide mix here in Tn.? If we bought ice cream, we could have frozen Mudslides. Yummy. I'm sure the Mudslides will taste great with RVC.Now that's an awesome party just waiting to happen.
Hik, we could do a course party. Start with Mudslides and RVC at Painters and move to your house for another course. I cannot think of the proper term for what type of party that is. In NY aound Christmas or New years, everyone meets at someones house for cocktails and appetizers. Then at an appointed time, the group moves to the next person's house for the next course. Then the next all the way to dessert. Hows that sound? Do we know anyone else in the neighborhood?

Alright my Knoxville friends... cross everything humanly possible, do a dance, say some prayers! I had just got off the phone with the realtor and we have someone coming Sat. a.m. on my little house and someone from out of state interested in my big house. He is to let us know on the big house in the next day or two!!! The little house I am just unloading and will take whatever to cover it. I am trying real hard to not get excited but dang it I am...My big house has only had 3 people look at it and I've had 2 contracts but they both went south over financing. 3 is the charm right!!!

Pam when I come that way I will bring you the bottle(s) of Mudslides, we have them here!! I agree a travelin' party would be neat. I will have an open house when I move with a coffee pot and a bar!!!

I'm in! I'm in!

Y'all have to drive to my house. There's some killer hills coming from her house to mine.

I'm visualizing "sold" signs!

Painter: Did you get hold of the seller?

No not yet...I need a day or so to figure out how I can do this. I hate to call him with out a plan, you know. It's abit tight being a single mom and trying to put my daughter threw college and the thought of multiple house payts on top of that gives me nightmares!!!!

You can always put in an offer contingent on the sale of your house. It's worth a try.

I'm off to bed. Ever since I got the house, I stay up so much later because I am so excited.

BUT I must go now! I am soooo tired. Tomorrow is my Friday.

Goodnight to you all!
