News at 5 saying they had numerous 100 mph gusts of wind in the park today.. tress down so if your out and about in the Smokies be advised it may be slow going..calling for more high winds and possible freezing rain tonight..

I had no idea the wind would be so strong....especially in the smokies. Hope folks didn't have tree damages like back in July (I think this time the wind is blowing in its normal direction).
