Hi all, Is any 1 familiar with the Blue ridge apartments? I am looking to move to the area and am trying to get an idea of the good or the bad areas if there are any bad areas. Have a teenage boy and girl and 72 yr old mom. Still might try renting a home but haven't decided. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Steph

I don't know anything about the complex, but it appears to be pretty new still, and I've not heard of any unusual crime from that direction. But since you have kids and an older parent with you, it might not be a bad idea to ask the mgmt of the apartment complex what the ratio of students are to the rest of the residents. Any complex near the university could have some noise.
