Need a rental house ASAP in W Kentucky-prefer lakefront or lake area $1200-$1500 mo budget. (Paducah: extended stay)

My family is moving to W Kentucky in the next 2-3 weeks and need a rental house immediately. There will be 2 adults and 3 kids(2 toddlers/1 baby). Husband's taking a job in Paducah to start asap.

Our desires and needs:

1) At least 2500+ sq ft
2)Fully fenced yard OR huge lot(at least 1 acre)
3)on or near the lake(Grand Rivers, Kuttawa, Eddyville, maybe Gilbertsville)
4)2 car garage
5)newer home, don't want an older outdated 70's-80's type home(but will consider if it has a huge lot and/or fenced yard on or near the lake
6)will consider Benton lake area
7)Prefer upscale neighborhood
8)Will DEFINITELY consider lease option or rent to own
9)Prefer out in the country but will consider Paducah, Reidland, Lone Oak, Benton but would have to be country club living
10)Am flexible on the monthly budget(will go a little above if need be)
11)Would LOVE a pool, hot tub, gazebo, swingset all in the backyard included in the rent

Any help or ideas or links to places would be much appreciated. Went to W Ky craigslist, found nothing, Google search found nothing, Paducah Sun classifieds-nothing, property management companies-same. We need a place IMMEDIATELY upon arriving there-we have a 5 person family with 3 kids and don't want to move into an extended stay or sacrifice and rent an apartment or trailer.

Anyones assistance today preferably would really help me out!

Wow! Good luck! Sorry I couldn't help any. Don't know how far away you are but too bad you couldn't have come ahead a week or two to check things out and try to find something. But when the job say "You gotta go" I guess you gotta go! lol
