My family reported ice in central KY tonight. I'll be coming back for Christmas this weekend and I'm excited to see winter again. Seriously, I'm hoping for only snow, if anything, because ice still scares me to try to drive on.
The only thing I'm worried about with all this ice coming is our new (to us) house. First time I've lived in an all electric house! if the power goes out I know we'll get a little chilly! Wish I had kept my kerosene heater when I moved down here! lol
lol, it may get a wee bit cool if you lose power, I've got 2 kerosene heaters and a generator in my storage building for just that reason...my house is all electric also.
We had no ice accumulation on trees and plants here in Lawrenceburg, but rather just on cars. There was 3" of snow at my house; some parts of south L'burg received 5" of snow.
