KC has the basic infrastructure in place to really make a leap (like Nashville or Denver) with the right amount of political and business foresight.

Awesome for KC! Though they could have gone into a bit more detail about how they chose the list. There are way more/better things that make KC great than what was mentioned.

The Royals and Chiefs (and even Sporting KC was at the white house) have put KC on the map out here in the last week. People everywhere talking about the recent Royals and Chiefs games. It's been a great week to be a KC sports fan!
