Has much changed for Columbus Park in the last two years. I am thinking about buying a town home there. Seems like River Market will make seeping into CP soon.

I would be buying on the very edge of CP (I think). It would be 5th and Troost. Seems a little rough now, but I hear it's about to start getting better fast. Not sure about the validity of that statement though.

Thoughts?

Rob

Columbus Park has a certain mystique to it. You always feel the closeness of the river and downtown. And You can practically walk to the River Market from there. If You like a small neighborhood feel right smack in the middle of the big city then CP might be for You!
