One question that always comes up in a interview is-
Explain a difficult situation that you have resolved.
Be able to clearly explain how you resolved the situation in a methodical process. If you have to write it down and put it to memory, do it.
Usualy that's the hardest question to answer for many, especially if you have had jobs that were fairly easy.
Good luck.

Any practical advice you have learned over the years?
Any books or websites that you have found particularly helpful?
Any hiring managers out there wiling to mention what they like to see in candidates? Or what they hate to see?
Thank you!!
