Responding and giving more details gladly and thankfully
In response to having gone to school for four years, and not bein better prepared, well yes I do agree. I was disapointed in not only myself but in my school. I'm a older graduate and for some reason I thought that just being educated would be enough, and I would be so very marketable. as for as the school itself they never tried to prepare anyone for this Job market. My major was Criminal Justice However it is very important only because I'm a single parent not to do anytype of policing or security reasons are due to the hours and more often than not weekends are involved as well as holidays and nights I would love to live in Gwinnett,Forsyth,Alpharetta,Cobb County, These are places that I have seen, and heard alot about. I would appreciate any help that anyone can give. God Bless, and I will continue to pray, until I hear from you again, here is thanking you in advance.

While I don't know the area in which you reside, may I suggest looking into behavioral health or rehabilitation type careers? Look up any human service agency near you, and find out if they need TSS workers, or approach a juvenile facility and ask if they need help. Let them know your limitations as far as weekends are concerned. Maybe you'll find something Monday through Friday. Good luck.
I suggest looking into being a parole officer. Prisons have never shrunk, and with the forthcoming deluge of new illegal immigrants entering the USA, whomever wins in November 08, your degree would be one step in that direction.
Why did you major in something where most of the available jobs in that field have hours that you won't work?
