Hey guys. While i am waiting to hear back from some previous interviews i did, i got another email asking me if i would like to come in for an interview. The director told me right away to come in for an interview, he stated the time date and location and just asked if that was ok with me. He even stated the salary. I responded saying i can come in on this day and time but i didn't receive any conformation from him saying im all set for that day. Now i want to ask if it would be rude of me to email him back two days before the interview confirming that it is still on for that day and time because i wouldn't like to waste my time driving all the way out there just to be told it was never confirmed. Also is it weird that they called me in right away with no phone interview and stated the salary and everything right of the bat?

I definitely would. I'd probably call but since you've been communicating by email that's fine too.

So you really mean "confirmation" and not "conformation"? Later you typed confirmed which threw me off.

I emailed again and didn't receive a response. I am going to assume he is busy and wasn't able to get back to me and go to the interview tomorrow. Either ill get kicked out or have the interview done lol.

Update: So it actually was an interview he was just to busy to confirm it for me. He really liked me and called me in again to meet the CFO whose also one of the owners. I went and met him the next day really nice guy and he made me meet the other owner as well and i had a great convo with them got pretty comfortable. He asked for references and right after i emailed them to him he called them and asked questions about me. So far it looks pretty damn positive but i dont want to get my hopes up lol. I am going to wait and see and keep you guys updated!
