I am moving to Jacksonville in the middle of July. Looking for a condo in Jacksonville or around. I have been told Ponte Verda Beach is where we should look to buy. I am moving with a friend we are both 24. We like a nightlife if possible but safe also. I am coming from Memphis, TN and any advice would be helpful. Also if you could give me an idea of what price range I would be looking at in different areas. THANKS FOR ANY HELP IN ADVANCE!

Ok, coming from Memphis, I must ask... what do you consider safe? We have a lot more area that is safer than Memphis. Is there anything you are wanting to be close to (job, school, ect.), we are a large sprawled out city.
