As I've told you all for years, things can change fast in construction. This year they are changing faster than ever, so I felt the need to update this list as there are some additions (and a couple subtractions) that need to be revised. As an update to this list, many of you may remember Centex Homes from years ago. I'm happy to announce that they have come back to NE Florida, and should be included in this list, so I've updated it to reflect that.

I do not know but they are building in Valencia at Riverland in Port St. Lucie.

I think it stands for Good Luck Homes (really) They are based out of Sunrise. When we were looking in Naples they had an excellent reputation and built a quality product. They built nice communities with amenities. SS would be able to tell you more though.
