Thank you to everyone who commented on my other thread. We decided on Mandarin. We are going to rent for at least a year. That should give us plenty of time to find the perfect place. Anyone have a 3+ single family they want to rent out? Ha!

tempting! we have a 3 bedroom in mandarin and we've been thinking about moving / renting, but not serious yet. approx 1280 sf. - just for curiosity sake, if you don't mind sharing, what kind of price range are you considering or what have you seen things priced at? i really need to look into it more, one of these days...

Most of the 3/2 home that have popped up in the area have been around $1200. I've seen as low as $950 and as high as $1550. I'm sure it has to do with differences in subdivisions, etc. We pay $1500 now but want to save on rent for the next year. Triplets are expensive!

I hear very nice things about JCP. Too bad we need the house by June 1st.
