In North Carolina, alot of people and employers use the Employment Security Commision. Is that a source of job vacancies in Florida? What newspapers or websites are good job search tools in the area? Thanks for any input.

It depends on what kind of job you are looking for, your skills, experience and if you need full or part-time employment. The better, mainsteam skills jobs are hardly ever posted anywhere and are filled mostly via networking and word of mouth. If you have unique skills that are in high demand, you can probably find employment through the state employment website or other employment posting websites.
