I am thinking of moving to North Florida from South Florida. Does it feel at all like fall in Jacksonville? About what month do you feel the weather change? It would be a relief from this humidity. It's getting to me already.

Yes of course there is a Fall season in Jacksonville this year it is on Sunday October 30th and lasts until Monday October 31st ...LOL Really it does come in late October and can last until mid November or even early December depending on many different factors.

October is my very favorite month in Northeast Florida. The ocean water is still warm enough to be comfortable and their air temperatures are usually perfect.

We've been here one year (almost to the day) and there was definitely a "Fall" last year. It might start later than most places in the South (I'd say mid/late Oct you start getting some cool days), but still very much Fall. And there were some really cold days during winter too.

LOL. IMO there isn't much of a fall in the aesthetic sense. Changing leaves, smell in the air, and all of that cool stuff. But temperature-wise, I'd say that our fall season lasts all winter long, with brief interruptions of cold, winter weather.

There is certainly no changing of colors. No idea if that is climate or if it is because we are a racist city.
