Anyone know of a restaurant that has crawfish, or anywhere that I can get live ones and boil myself?

I have seen them at Publix, they may be able to order some for you. Large quantities (10 lb and up) L.A. Crawfish Co. is good.

Maybe you just need a fix? The Outback Crab Shack on 13 is tough to top.

Note, if you opt for frozen meat be careful - there is meat out there from overseas grown in who knows what and tastes like well, nasty.

Popeyes has them at times. Almost any restaurant that considers themselves Cajun has them at one time or another. Popeyes fries theirs.

Thanks guys. I may check out Outback Crab Shack. Just needing a boil fix! There's a great festival in Tallahassee that was always fantastic, but I can't find anything of the sort here... Woodbine seems to be the closest.

Is it craw-dad season? Those have become pricey little things... But a boil does sound very good.

There used to be a crawfish festival at Jax Beach - but it hasn't been around for quite a few years. Robyn
