This is what Tesla should've focused on initially - industrial applications that make sense for specific uses. My company bought a bunch of electric vehicles a decade ago and has made them viable.

Also if you look inside a UPS or Fedex truck there really aren't many packages that will be moved by a drone service. I can totally see some places they make a lot of sense and will cut down on cost and response time significantly. But carrying 70" TVs isn't going to be one of them...
