AAPL is still a strong buy in my opinion. I also recommend LVS, MA, BIDU if they beat earnings.

I'll go down the toilet and go with one of Dr. J's top 5 picks for 2012.
RIMM at $16.62, with the company being sold for low to mid 20's.

Mine are:

AA, SWC, XCO, SD, ACI, PEIX, CYH

Price target is whenever the SPX seems overbought and due back for another drop. I am holding each now.

I own and regularly buy VZ, KMP, C, SCHB, which collectively make up about 15% of my portfolio. I consider these to be long-term buys. Lately I've been considering diversifying my portfolio by adding some real estate exposure (VNQ) and a position in tax free municipal bonds (SWNTX).

Only twice in 2011 did I sell stock. I took some profits on C and GLD in January and July, respectively.

My speculative stocks right now are TTI and ANR, the latter of which are shares left over from when ANR acquired MEE (I owned MEE -- took the cash and, regrettably, let the shares ride).

I'm thinking about picking up some NFLX. They may have a good bounce back coming up soon.

The only stock I own with any sort of long-term horizon is Microsoft, otherwise its all trading volatile stocks (or their options). I'm looking at T, TGT and WLP for the longish term though.
