I mentioned already that I was running adobe flash version 11. Anyways I ran the malware tool which detected malware and It's been pretty much smooth sailing since. I' keep an eye on it and update if I see if anything else changes, thanks everyone.

First check your flash player , i recently had an issue with the flash player every time i click on video it gives me some error or sometimes freeze. i have faced these problems in firefox. IE, Chrome works fine.
1) Check your flash player, update your flash player.
2) Update your video/video card driver.
