Ebay better be glad I saw this and changed my preferences! They would not have appreciated the conversation we would have had if they would have called, especially on my cell phone. It really ticks me off to get unsolicited sales calls.
The Do Not Call list restricts only callers of which you are not already a customer. Companies you already do business with can robocall you, but have to give you an opt-out.
