Today when I opened a new tab and went to the following page: "chrome://plugins" the scroll bars disappeared. There was no way to get them back. I also tried page up and page down and the arrow keys and nothing worked. Other tabs for other pages have the scroll bars. Chrome is updated to the most recent version. Can anyone offer help?
Could it be that there isn't anything to scroll through? My plugins page only has like 8 items... if there's nothing else on the page you won't be able to scroll.
Hold CTRL and scroll the mouse wheel to make text smaller. I'm positive there is nothing else under what you see on the current screen. To reset hold CTRL and hit 0 on the num pad.

Thanks. I have 20 items on my plugin list, so there is a need for the scroll bars. They used to be there, but disappeared today, for reasons I do not understand. I would like to get them back. I'll try making the text smaller to see the whole page, but what happened to the scroll bars?
