On Saturdays in the late afternoon (between 4 and 5) the cruise ships leave port (and the webcam follows them as they pass underneath the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge....
I don't think that's live. It's the same video I saw 30 minutes ago.
So now you are saying I don't know what live streaming looks like???? Come on Tek give me a break, I've been using this web site for a couple of years, my brother is in Staten Island and we sometimes discuss the harbor traffic and the cruise ships... I just looked at the harbor again, there seems to be no ship traffic moving in the harbor and there's a light fog so the water doesn't appear to be moving...
~but~
Right now it's 14:09, the view is of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge and you can see the traffic moving to and from Brooklyn to Staten Island on the upper deck (Brooklyn is on the left)...
If you make it full screen you can see the traffic on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn.....

I checked this site several times (in FF), and it shows a youtube video playlist, not a live feed.
I just checked it in IE and it appears to be a live feed.
