Am looking at it now, yes it's live... The webcam is 24x7....

If you make it full screen you can see the traffic on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn.....

I'm thinking you're using IE?

I checked this site several times (in FF), and it shows a youtube video playlist, not a live feed.
I just checked it in IE and it appears to be a live feed.
