Many of you are so knowledgeable, I thought you might be able to help with my question...
I need great computer software that will guard my children from unhealthy websites and content. It has to be able to be installed on multiple computers without buying the program like 3 times..(for laptops, etc)..and easy to use.
Anyone have any great recommendations??

First thing I would do is start using OpenDNS instead of your ISP's DNS servers, it'll let you block sites by category, and let you allow or disallow specific sites. It's free and when your router is set up properly will work with every computer on your network with no software to install. It also blocks known malware sites so you get an extra layer of protection against infections.

Also IE has some built in parental controls How to Use the Parental Controls on Internet Explorer | eHow.com

We have clients that use NetNanny, not sure how many PC's a single license can be installed on.

I usually recommend K-9.
Totally free.
Co-worker uses it to keep an eye on her daughter.
