Well I lived in Carmel last year and this was the most racism I've encountered. I had such high expectations for the midwest but I was flabbergasted. I was treated way differently than my white friend. From shopping to going out to eat. I must say, in northern indianapolis, if you are not white, stay away. Especially from Keystone Crossing.

Sounds like this person is a troll. Yes their is alot of non-whites north of 38th but not exactly a whole lot north of 96th. Even north of 96th I wouldn't expect to have much of a problem with racism. Indianapolis is a near 30% African American so I wouldn't expect a whole lot of racism.
