The problem is not with getting illegal immigration under control the problem is questioning someones citizenship because of how they look for no reason. If Im speeding and a cop stops me and is required to determine if I am a citizen because he is required to do this to everyone then fine Im all for it. If he is questioning me because Im not white then thats the problem. It allways amazes me how folks on the right hate pc hey its not a law like this thing you know. Americans have worked hard, both black and white, to ensure equality for all minorities in this country, each calm, acceptable to each race until this issue of illegal immigration began to be debated. Before these Fascist Laws, Police Officers could detain an illegal and turn them over to the Feds for deportation. Now they will have to charge them with a criminal offense, get them a hearing and a lawyer, then because they have no money, put them in prison. Gee, i thjought Arizona was broke

Why do you assume the worse? It is has been relayed in here over and over that no one can be stopped based on race, ethnicity or skin color. No matter who you are after being stopped for some other reason and you cannot produce valid I.D. only then will your status in this country be suspect.
So who has more to do with the Officer who was shot outside Casa Grande, Pedro the Vegetable Picker in Yuma or the American who buys the marijuana that the DRUG SMUGGLERS were moving when they shot him
