Texas and California are the worse offenders. I wish congress would get a spine and strenthen the immigration policies. Give people a year who have been here and have never been in trouble with the law, to get american citizenship. All the others would have to go home. The children born here of illegal immigrants, would have to apply for citizenship. I am very sick of all the illegals.

But what if they have committed identity theft and/or used fake documents to work or for other purposes and haven't been caught yet? I don't think these individuals deserve our citizenship, do you? The children of illegal aliens born on our soil are already considered to be citizens of this country. In that regards what needs to be done is to re-interpret the citizenship clause and from that point forward a child born on our soil would have to have at least one parent who is a citizen in order to become an instant citizen. We have to stop this abuse in its tracks ASAP.

Using this data from NumbersUSA we find that there are 6 RINO republicans and an astonishing 202 left wing progressive amnesty democrats who are blocking all attempts to fight illegal immigration. The Nov elections are expected to kick to the curb a huge number of these amnesty politicians.

No! Criminals should not be rewarded with citizenship, a horrible message. They need to leave, get in line behind those already waiting and apply legally. Our borders need to be secured and jobs taken away so many go home by way of attrition. The misinterpreted birthright clause needs to be better defined and rescinded to stop anchor baby practices. They have certainly created a mess of this country's foundation but do commend them for making millions of Americans take a look at our current laws. Those applying for and currently on our Social Service programs also need to prove they, not their children, are in fact American citizens.

We Arizonans for the most part are not happy that they are breaking the law, and sucking us drier than a saugaro.

Saugaro Mio ! oh please go home...get out of our country, and leave us alone !

my Rep. Ciro Rodriguez has done everything he can to promote amnesty and I am doing everything I can to get him defeated in November, but an uphill battle in an overwhelmingly Hispanic area, but not giving up.
