In my opinion, Jose Luis Oviedo, 30, is an illegal alien with herpes. He is charged with four counts of felony child molesting. He fled to Mexico before being prosecuted. He's accused of repeatedly raping a 5-year-old girl. The victim has tested positive with the herpes virus.
The grandmother of the child became alarmed when she found evidence of tearing on the little girls body. The girl told authorities that her mothers boyfriend had fondled her and had sex with her. The girl said, Oviedo told her, he would kill her mother if she told police.
Oviedo escaped justice with the help of the girls mother. He fled to Little Rock for a mini vacation before fleeing to his parents house in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. We was arrested in Mexico and brought back to the United States to stand trial.
The child's mother Crystal Newton, 26, has been charged with a felony count of obstruction of justice, two felony counts of neglect of a defendant, and a misdemeanor count of intimidation. Newton lied to the police to help Oviedo escape from justice and she gave the police a false name for her boyfriend. She didn't take her daughter to the doctor when she broke out with herpes. Crystal Newton snuck her boyfriend Jose Luis Oviedo back in her apartment after the rape happened and she told her 5-year-old daughter that she would beat her if she told police.
Crystal Newton, told the cops, her boyfriends real name shortly after authorities took her 4 children away to be placed with Child Protective Services. Her children could be called as witnesses to the tragic events. Newton hid her face from News cameras and in court had nothing to say to the judge.

In my opinion, please circulate. Maynor Quintanilla-Leon, 25, is an illegal alien. He pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography. He faces 15 - 30 years prison time. Followed by deportation. He will be sentenced in Sept. 2010.
Maynor Quintanilla-Leon had lived in the 6-year-old boys home as a renter but then moved out of state. He confessed to the sexual acts on the child. He said, that he abused the boy 2 times and videotaped the abuse. He told police, he then threw the videotape of the abuse in the trash. The boy told police he was abused 20 time by Quintanilla-Leon.
IMO, A person going through a dumpster found the videotape and saw what was on it. He turned it over to law enforcement. The 50 minute long videotape showed Quintanilla-Leon sadistically or masochistically sexually abusing the small child along with acts of violence. On the tape the child calls the perpetrator, "Maynor."
Someone spotted the man from the videotape and called the police. Police arrest Quintanilla-Leon and by looking up prior addresses they identified the child.
IMO, If you are being abused or know someone who is being abused, report to "Project Safe Childhood". If you know it, say it, you just might save a life.

He preyed on young girls ages 4 - 7 at a crowded family apartment building. He hunted them down and played games with them. Adults saw him in the parking lot, always with small girls. A dad of a small girl said, "He should get the electric chair." Cirilo Chalula, 18, has been in the United States illegally for 2 years. Authorities think they're are many more victims because Chalula has moved around from state to state. In my judgement he has probably been raping children for years.

A friend of Erik Guevara called the police when he discovered that Guevara had a girl age 3 in his apartment. Guevara had duct taped the girl and had beat her. The young girl knows Guevara but is not related. No one knows why the child was in his home.
According to a non-profit group dedicated to child crimes. A child is abused every 10 seconds in America and 4 or more children die each day at the hands of child abusers.

Criminal gangs in the United States have swelled to an estimated 1 million members responsible for up to 80 percent of crimes in communities across the nation, according to a gang threat assessment compiled by federal officials.
The major findings in a report by the Justice Department's National Gang Intelligence Center, which has not been publicly released, conclude gangs are the "primary retail-level distributors of most illicit drugs" and several are capable of competing with major U.S.-based Mexican drug-trafficking organizations.

One group that continues to spread despite law-enforcement efforts is the violent Salvadoran gang known as MS-13.
Michael Sullivan, the departing director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, says the gang's dependence on shocking violence to advance extortion, prostitution and other criminal enterprises has frustrated attempts to infiltrate and disrupt the insular group's activities.
"MS-13's foothold in the U.S. is expanding," Sullivan says.
Kaiser says the street gang is in 42 states, up from 33 in 2005. "Enforcement efforts have been effective to a certain extent, but they (gang members) keep moving," he says.
MS-13 is the abbreviation for the gang also known as Mara Salvatrucha. The group gained national prominence in the 1980s in Los Angeles, where members were linked to incidents involving unusual brutality.
