Pro-illegal arguments have to be the most fallacious I've ever encountered.

I pondered tackling the fallacies line by line, but why bother? I'll just sit content in the knowledge that, when I find myself wanting something that is scarce, I'll just toss a perjorative or two at those providing that which I want, and I'll use appeals to emotion, generalizations and outright lies to get it.

The point is, we have our OWN poor. So, our OWN poor would like to "make a better life", too. I think they, as citizens, should get first crack, first to get the jobs, first to get any government help - NOT illegals.

I saw recently on 20/20 that Denmark is the happiest country in the world. (We came in #23). They pay high taxes there, but they get everything back for THEMSELVES - health care, etc. They don't mind helping their OWN people.

One of the reasons why they are so happy is that they are alike, no diversity. They get along with each other and have the same values and way of life. I'm not saying that I'd like that myself, BUT it's interesting that probably the least diverse country in the world is the happiest.

Another country that seems to be embracing the true democratic ideal is Spain, of all places-----------culturally; they are closer to Scandinavia these days than to any other Hispanic nation.

Schwarzenneger is the only glimmer of hope for Republicans in California, in a few years the few Republican House members from California could be gone and replaced by Democrats.

Who cares? I think you'll find that most of us who oppose illegal immigration are fed up with both parties.

Absolutely! Party affiliation is irrelevant. A pro-amnesty candidate will not get my vote --- irrespective of party, race/ethnicity, gender, charisma, etc.

Arnold is pandering to the massive illegal population in CA. Also, let’s not forget; he is a member of the Kennedy clan, and wouldn’t want to upset Uncle Teddy. Apparently the 'line' wasn’t an obstacle for him; given that he emigrated legally.

Are you sure Denmark has no diversity. I am pretty sure Denmark has a large guest worker population like so many other European countries do.
