BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA — “A federal grand jury today indicted an Uzbek national for threatening the life of President Barack Obama and illegally possessing weapons.”
ULUGBEK KODIROV, 21, of Uzbekistan threatened to kill President 0bama no less than four times with a M15 machine gun and hand grenades. I think he was serious!
He was also charged with being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm, and was charged with unlawfully possessing a fully automatic weapon. Ulubkek Kodirov was arrested at his seedy motel in which he called home after he bought his machine gun from a FBI agent. They nailed him on the spot for being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm
Kodirov had his student visa revoke in 2010 for not going to school he had been in the country for about a year.

Oh yes, that's right. The burden is on the GOVERNMENT to prove he broke the law.
This case will probably cost the taxpayers millions! All illegal alien’s cases that end up in the court systems are paid for by the American taxpayer. We pay for their lawyers, interpreters, judges and court cost and jurors get paid too. Then we pay for the $92.00 a day that it costs to keep them in jail and for jail up keep and armed guards and office clerks and the list goes on. These fees are costing the United States billions of dollars that we don’t have and have to borrow from China!
Whats an "M15 machine gun"? Is this something new that isent on the market yet?
That is a direct quote from the FBI report, "M15 machine gun." They also, call it a M15-A1 rifle.
