There will be no profiling legally or illegally. All parent's of enrolling students will be asked what their status is in this country so they can determine what the costs are of educating illegal aliens in their respective school districts. If that puts a fear in these kids and their parents then that is a good thing. Perhaps they will leave Alabama and move on to some sanctuary state. However, one by one since the judge allowed this part of the bill to stand we will see other states doing the same.
Hispanics are mostly white, otherwise they're black, they aren't a separate race.
Since the majority of Hispanics self-identify as “white” why all of this “brown” profiling BS? They can’t have it both ways. They can’t be brown when it suits their agenda, while otherwise white.
Of course changing your statement of a few years back...
Where´s ¨chicagonut¨, so she can start talking about ¨sub-races¨?...
Guess you must have memory lapse on purpose. I corrected my statement and said I should have said "mixed race".
Hispanic is a culture/ethnicity, it is not a race. Hispanics can be totally white as many Spaniards are. However, the Hispanics in Mexico and those living here are usually of mixed race. Most are mestizo. A mix of white and native indian. I don't care what someone chooses to identify themselves as racially but the fact remains that they are what they are genetically regardless of what they choose to identify with.

Yeah, I think we have had absolute hours discussing that exact view between just you and I...

Except it isn't just a view it is a fact. You cannot change your genetics. You get them from your parents when you are conceived. I could call myself Asian if I wanted to identify myself that way but if neither of my parents were Asian and/or there is no Asian ancestry in my family tree, I'm not Asian no matter what I say. If one is half white and half native indian they are of mixed race aka mestizo. They aren't just "white".
