An American would be sitting in prison.

Why not release an American citizen who is in jail for having one joint and replace them with this Mexican thug who has 4 DUI arrests and a hit and run (which would put an American citizen in jail for a few years)......

This illegal alien thug is only 25 and repeatedly flaunts America's laws, and what's going to happen to him this time around?

Another deportation....

This typifies WTF is wrong with America's immigration policies.......

Now, now. . . he is not a “real” criminal. He’s only here seeking a better life. Oh, that’s right. . . he’s been deported on numerous occasions, so he is indeed a felon. I’m only surprised he isn’t being interviewed by Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBS to illustrate why we need immigration reform. Remember, he wouldn’t be a felon if not for our unfair immigration laws. And, of course, his DUIs and hit-and-run is a direct result of his inability to obtain a valid license and insurance.
