I did a search a while back, after that one illegal won 2 million in a lottery, happens more then we actually think, yes they can keep the money, in this current case, the illegal weill be deported back to Mexico with his winnings. He too won a two million dollar prize.
You can live like a king with $2 million dollars in Mexico, since the dollar is stronger than the peso and the cost of living in Mexico is much cheaper than in the U.S.

I remember reading something bout that years back.
The money should be confiscated and then some of it used by the government to send the illegal immigrant and their entire family BACK to where they came from. Any money left should be used to deport other illegals.

If there was any justice in this world, that's what would happen.
I think also if you're already wealthy, you shouldn't be able to win the lottery. But I don't think that's really an issue as I don't see rich people buying lottery tickets. But just as a hypothetical...if you have $10 million and win $5 million in the lottery, you shouldn't get to keep your winnings. It should go back in the pot or be donated. Right?

What if you have $10 million dollars and you win $100 million dollars playing the lottery ? Should that person be able to keep their winnings in your opinion ?
