Hey, I'm Hispanic, my kids are partially Hispanics. Everyone should have checked off Hispanic on the Census to really screw things up.

I have a partially (LOL) Hispanic son also, but he was born in 1992, so he wouldn’t be included in the growth. The growth represents +/- from 2000-2010. I believe it’s unprecedented.
