How the %$#@ do they get to plead "not guilty" when they were DEPORTED and yet here they are IN THE USA AGAIN????????????

It's kind of a no brainer that they didn't come back in LEGALLY, right? Just tying up our system with their BS, as per usual.

The plot thickens........... http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2...-not-guilty-b/#

Aguirre also pleaded not guilty on Thursday to being in the United States illegally, but he and his wife are expected to change their pleas under negotiations with prosecutors, U.S. Magistrate Judge Ruben Brooks said. The two are expected back in court later this month.

<<he and his wife are expected to change their pleas under negotiations with prosecutors>>

What's to negotiate? This is one of those cases where the judge should declare "You have nio case," and hand them a prison sentence.

Thank you! And, the following article is from 2007. It isn’t unreasonable to assume the number has substantially increased. We may have in excess of 1 million illegals who “forgot” to appear for hearings.

Their quarry: illegal immigrants who have ignored and evaded deportation orders. Called "fugitive aliens" or "alien absconders," they have nearly doubled in number since 2001, now totaling more than 636,000.

One has to wonder how many illegal aliens are "repeat offenders" in returning across our border illegally after being deported. There must be statistics on that somewhere.

I have read several accounts of illegals being caught for the 8th, 10th+ times. Generally, they’re just deported AGAIN. The Feds don’t seem to be interested until they’re accused of committing a heinous crime.

What? She only had 7 of her 8 darling children here in the USA at our expense.

But would anyone expect this lowlife mother to ever be honest in any way? Look how her kids turned out and she was nothing but a drug trafficker herself.

Most of them. Many simply go back and forth as they please. There's no real border or enforcement of it.

The Railroad Serial killer just traveled back and forth often - and illegally, he claims he only killed Americans but he often traveled to Juarez where the murder rate is very high so who knows if he did some killing in his own country.
