Omar Armando Loera, who murdered Chere Osmanhodzic, and set the body on fire to destroy the evidence which also set her house on fire. He committed this crime back in July and they just now identified the main suspect. He wasn't deported, they put him on parole for another crime and he slipped through the cracks and randomly killed this woman. He's the kind of guy you see around your neighborhood fishing through your trash cans for recyclables - cans, bottles, etc.

He was here illegally, should have been deported AGAIN, and prevented from coming back to the United States. If they had kept him out of the country the woman would still be alive.

No doubt, there are thousands of illegal alien absconders freely roaming this country, preying on the innocent. How many others will be murdered for the sake of cheap labor?
It seems to me that since there are communities now that are charging a fare for use of city services that citizens already pay taxes for, citizens should be able to sue for damages when these things occur. Please don't think me crass for equating a human life with money but it may start waking these judges up if they (or cities) were sued in these instances. If they won't keep them incarcerated at least deport them. The cost of having him here on probation could not have been more than the cost of deportation,IMO.
It seems the local media is not interested in fully informing the public, because as of yet, not one station has mentioned in their segments about this worthless trash the fact that he was already deported twice and they had a chance to deport him a third time after they released him for his most recent armed robbery conviction. Why was he not kept locked up for the three strikes rule? Re-entering after a deportation is already a felony crime. Good God the way our country is accommodating these vile interlopers with s--- all to contribute to society. But they're all here to tend our yards and babysit our kids. They are hard workers with family values and faith in the Lord. Excuse me while I am here choking back the vomit as I type. What more, America? What more will it take to open the eyes of those who would defend these lawbreakers and their intrusion/take-over of our great nation?
Every day the list gets longer of victims who should be alive if not for ICE shirking their duty to the American public by allowing these illegals to run free after they've been deported or arrested and should be returned to their port of origin.
They are NOT protecting our citizens. I have a hard time distinguishing between the threat from Al Quaida and the threat from criminal illegal aliens. They are BOTH threats to our national security.
There should be a major class action lawsuit so large as to bankrupt the federal government that there would be no way in hell a Harry Reid could try to sneak through any kind of amnesty for any form or fashion of illegal alien.

It is not ICE's job to protect us. It is their job to merely provide the illusion of protection by capriciously throwing us a bone every six months or so by deporting a few Germans, Ukrainians, or other Europeans, so media shills such as Medved, Prager, Mathews, etc. can say ICE is doing something.
Reality check: If ICE really cared about protecting us from violent Third World invaders, would they not converge on any one of these massive illegal alien rallies and apprehend people who are ostensibly illegal aliens?

As long as illegals are known as "potential voters", to the politicians, they will be seen them with a halo around their head.
A good and honest politician should see no need to dig in the dumpsters for votes to be re-elected.
If they do, they're expiration date is up.
