(Any) Troops mobilized by Federal (Presidential) orders within USD territory are governed by 10 USC. The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 allows them NO Police Powers whatever. Any citizen of Arizona could be better armed and under no restrictions in employment for self defense. This NG thing is window dressing... just as it was the last time. The only benefit might be the use of Aviation units and UAV's for recon. Apprehension still must be done by boots on the ground... AZ LEO's or US Border Patrol.
