Today's CdA Press has a picture and short article about "The Crossings" at the corner of 95 and 54. It is a 37-acre business complex that will be anchored by a Super 1 Foods supermarket. They started construction yesterday, due to open Spring 2018. Other businesses are planned and under negotiation. No housing, but a hotel is in the works.
(Personally, my opinion is that this project will change the character of Athol greatly and lead to extensive growth. A good time to invest in land in Athol and environs.)
