Suddenly, Honda has a serious problem on their hands.
saw one on the road on ffx county parkway. It looked smaller than the videos.. maybe they had an entry level version. I agree this is a game changer ... was going to pull the trigger on an mdx for the mrs.. cant stomach purchasing that interior after seeing this..
honda/acura will have to step it up indeed. i know mdx is getting the rdx treatment next year but they may already be behind teh curve...
now if kia/hyundai could only fix thier branding issue...
I’m a 30 year Honda owner. I have owned 5 or 6 Pilots since they started building them. When it came time to purchase my latest one in 2016, I went to the dealer to buy a 2016 model and they had a 2015 setting right beside the new 16 model. My wife took one look at the new one and said she would rather have the certified used 2015 model instead. So that’s what we bought since it’s her daily driver.
In a couple more years I’ll be looking at a new vehicle and as much as it pains me to say this, Honda won’t be one I’ll look at. At this time the Telluride is looking very strong.
Kia seems to have a hit with the new three-row crossover. It has won comparison tests against a lot in its class including the VW Atlas and the Honda Pilot. I love the styling and the interior (at least looking online) is by far the most impressive in the class.

Reason: already a thread on this vehicle. I did not see it
I like the styling, but I do not care for the T E L L U R I D E emblems on the front of the hood. I would have to remove those because it would be a pain to clean around them.
Was at the Kia dealership this weekend and saw for the 1st time. It was impressive. Kia and Hyundai are topping the Europeans when it comes to design and finish and doing it 1/3 to 1/2 the cost.

Well kinda helps when their government blocks most imports from their country allowing Hyundai/Kia to have a guaranteed profit stream to invest in product development in other countries.
They just followed the blueprint of Toyota and Honda, and the rest of the world is asleep at the wheel, economically speaking.

We own/ed two Kias and both have been exemplary in reliability. I would have no issue buying a Kia. In fact I’m waiting till there is enough supply for Tellurides so we can get a SX fully loaded one. I’ve had great luck with Kia Hyundai brand
Consumer Reports just reviewed this vehicle and gave it a 90 out of 100 score, only second to the Subaru Ascent.
