I am not trying to scare anyone, just making people aware. And hopefully people will take the tax holiday the next two weeks, and prepare themselves for Hurricane Season if they haven't already.

One of my favorite things to do in a hurricane is to sit in my neighbors garage and watch the storm...
She gets claustrophobic and I have to say I do at times after being cooped up too long...
The power of a hurricane is really a very amazing thing to observe if you can do it from a safe spot.
The problem occurs at the time that the safe place becomes destroyed or a damaged house. Your friend my be one that needs to be taken out of the area if the hurricane is coming your way. Now she becomes a liability for you and the rescue and emergency teams.
