I've just installed new hurricane windows in my house and two glass panels cracked by them selfs two weeks after installation apparently from temperature differential between inside and outside. One panel was the fixed top one and the other was the mobile (sash) bottom one. Did this happened to anyone else. Please respond.

Did the installer replaced the windows?

I doubt it was from temp differential. It is no colder or hotter at your home then your neighbors. Sounds more like the window is torqued. Call your installer...they must warranty?

Did you have tint put on the windows ? If you did it may not be covered. hurricane windows come with a label on then about it, but most of the installers remove it before the owners get to see it.
