In areas like Carlsbad drive, Callahan Drive, Ermine Drive and Garden Park Drive. These look like high income suburbs like the ones in Hampton Cove. Why were they built in a low income area? Are these higher income people or is this just the way new neighborhoods are going to look? Fill me in, I'm just curious.

Garden Park Drive?
Habitat for Humanity of Madison County has been building Habitat homes on the remaining lots on Garden Park Drive in NW Huntsville:
Habitat for Humanity and volunteers give 3 families new homes - WAFF-TV: News, Weather and Sports for Huntsville, AL
The original homes on Garden Park Drive are NOT Habitat homes and were probably built about 20 years ago but I would not compare THOSE or the new Habitat homes to Hampton Cove.
