That's how Harmony frames their incidents, and that's how they want them to be seen. I've worked with them before 3rd party, and well, I'll just leave it at that.

You have to dig a bit deeper to find out what really goes on. (Check your DM).

Peyton Wolcott has a website about education issues. She is a little right of center. Her monitoring of the Cosmos Foundation is national. She is interested in the financing, not so much on internal school, parent, student issues. It would be a place to start.

My question involves Texas schools. Are there no qualified teachers in Texas for any Harmony Academy? Why must they bring in faculty on H1b visas?

Not surprising at all.

Follow the money. There's a reason Harmony schools flourish here but are shut down in many other states.

"A niece of mine taught at one of these Harmony schools. Talk about a racket. Perry really sold himself to the Muslim/Turkish version of satan or something (shocker, I know)." was a comment on chron.com

The "Perry sold himself to the devil" is a good analogy.

Oh, I'm pretty certain they will use that money to build more schools using their own Turkish contractors.

Not if Karen Hughes gets them into the Texas school bond fund. They can sell bonds guaranteed by the state.

It will still all go to Turkish contractors. Or the Raindrop Foundation. Or Gulen himself.

But as I stated before, it astounds me that "Anti-tax" no matter what Texans put up with this.

I guess anything Goodhair wants is A OK, even if one objects to Muslims. Just more of the same ol cognitive dissonance.

Well as I said, I've worked with them 3rd party. They are slick. They are very nice, friendly people. There's no doubt about that.

One of the days I was at a Harmony school, they were giving some local politician a tour and he was going to speak. They even invited me to watch and stay for lunch. My friend told me it is an actual job at the school to set up meetings and speeches with politicians and such. They are also encouraged to "astroturf" websites, which means getting a fake name and making fake positive comments on greatschools, 60minutes, schooldigger etc. (sorry if you are saying "duh, crbcrbrgv I know what astroturfing is!" I had no idea what it was until he told me).

As for Rick Perry, there ought to be a picture of him next do "congnitive dissonance".
