I found a house in the Northglen Subdivision. Is this a safe area? If not where should I be looking if I will be going to school in the Galleria area? I have three small children (one is elementary school and the other two aren't in school yet).

I wouldn't recommend Northglen. Lots of renters who generally don't care about their homes. The schools are Cy-Fair ISD but are regarded as some of the lower performers. 60-70% of the kids are on free and reduced lunch due to economic issues. Also, the commute from that area to the Galleria would be brutal.
If you are looking for something in the Northglen price range, I would check out some of the older homes in Katy south of IH-10. The schools are better and your commute to the Galleria won't be as bad on IH-10.

HI! Maybe u would need a nanny or a baby sitter too, I am looking for a part-time Job. I live in richmond Texas, closer to Katy &as far as Im concerned Katy is really a good place.
