Same deal with people doing FSBO... lots of hassle for little (if any) reward. IMO I would take to CarMax, get appraisal done, and goto your new dealership. Find out what they will do trade in for, and then have them match CarMax. Then you get the tax benefit and the Carmax price.. and don't have to mess with craigslist people.

You have a Toyota Corolla which is fairly new and has decent miles. You won't have any problem selling it. That car has good resale value and you should shop around for good price.

Exactly what I did a few years ago - - even though I am typically a big proponent of selling on your own (and tried for several weeks).

I wouldn't bother with craigslist. That thing is full of scammers and idiots.

Uh, thanks Mod for deleting both of my posts, especially the one that was actually quasi-relevant to the conversation.

Merry Christmas!

Have you tried Texas Direct Auto? They usually beat out CarMax and they appraise your vehicle very fast.
https://www.texasdirectauto.com/

Give me the VIN also beats out CarMax.

Give Me The VIN | John Clay Wolfe | Online Automotive Appraisal

Hope this helps.
