Houston doesn't have heavy rail; we have light rail and our transportation agency is called Metro which includes buses and rail.

I just drove by there today and saw 2 Boom Cranes erected with some construction activity underneath them? Does anyone know what it is? It is right next to the Cemex building and those highrise condos.
