We heard an explosion/boom strong enough to shake our 15th floor windows in Greenway Plaza. Anyone know what that was?

I felt nothing and heard nothing over here. Must have been in your area. I'm sure there is news on it.

Isn't there a Central market HEB over there? They have coconuts.

Right after sunset, I was on 59 headed south, just past Greenway Plaza, and there was a really cool meteor just off to the west, southwest. I've never seen one with some light still in the sky, and it was against the orange hue of the sunset. Bright green. I didn't hear the boom, but I was in my car with the radio on. Does that coincide with the right time?

It was rush hour traffic, so a bunch of people had to see it.
