1905 Pizza Bar will be competition for Grimaldi's. And Sugar Land Shake's menu looks a lot like the Johnny Rockets that closed.

When we moved to the area around 2002, all of that was nothing but a big field.

When we sold our house and were looking for another last year, I wanted a home in one of those subdivisions right there where you can almost walk to the town square. The rest of the family was telling me no! That it would be too bright at night/loud/traffic etc. I don't agree... I think my preferences are different and we'll just always butt heads about things like that...

Looks like Ruby Tuesday bit the dust...

not to mention there are a few voids within in Town Center (Sharper Image corner store is gone)

Is there really a need to build new retail if there are a few spots open already?

That was priceless! I wasn't expecting that. Thank you for the pre-bedtime chuckle.

I don't believe there is. The closest would probably be the Pho place on the other side of the freeway next door to Ragun Cajun. I tried it once and wasn't all that impressed, there are a couple of better options in the SL for Vietnamese food.
