I am looking to purchase a NewMark home in PMR. Will anybody share their experiences with this builder?

I was looking at Westin but they only build in section 2 of PMR (around 200K) and I felt like the lots in that section were a little too small for my comfort. NewMark is building in section 5 and the lot sizes over there are a little larger and more of what I am looking for.

We chose Newmark to build our home in PMR. While its not finished I can tell you for us the process has been very easy and stress free. We were concerned since it was our first experience building from the ground up. We looked at both Perry & Newmark but settled on Newmark after picking out a floor plan that fit our needs the best overall. I highly recommend Newmark, but I wish you good luck in your search!

Thanks for your reply. We have been very pleased with the level of service we have already received from them. How long before they actually break ground?
