Any opinions on this neighborhood in Pearland? Houses look nice online, but I'd like some input from the locals.

Thank you.

Back in the 1970's this was the "exclusive" place to live in Pearland. They have continued to build, nice new homes and opened the neighborhood to connect to Scarsdale in Houston (Scarsdale on the Houston side is a less desirable area). The portion in Pearland is is still a very nice neighborhood to live in and safe as well with good schools. Some areas do flood but a drive through makes it sort of obvious the back street that winds through has homes build on the creek and so some of those do flood. But the ones on the opposite side of the street and throughout are just fine. Of course now there are many, nice, new exclusive neighborhoods in Pearland but Green Tee is still a nice neighborhood with many very nice and still upscale homes.
